I am not saying, it’s 100% his fault or 100% the O-lines fault (even though they are an easy blame), but it’s time for both sides to step up. I can only make judgements based on the information available.
It is speculation, though, you’re right.
Make no mistake, though, CJ’s holdout is affecting his performance on the field. Not only does he look to have lost a first step, he still looks like he’s getting his game legs under him…getting a feel for the game again, while at the same time learning a new offense.
I'm only arguing about the playbook thing here.
Its clear something is wrong, but i don’t think its him not knowing the plays. If he is being indecisive or not playing at the same speed thats a whole different issue than knowing the playbook.

That’s not him being him, thats a RB waiting for a hole to open which they are taught to do, run but don’t hurry type of deal.
SO CJ waits for whole to open and if there is none he’s tackled in the back field, also When there are cutback lanes thats not due to the good blocking of the O-line thats over pursuit of the Defense and the o-line not being able to block all the way.
Anyway CJ will have a great game once Scott, Amano, and Harris can block some one while moving forward

CJ will have a great game when he figures it out. There have been holes, and there has been good blocking (definitely not consistently). He IS slow even when there is a hole. On the runs that are called back he doesn’t look anything like old CJ.

There are holes…they just aren’t homerun holes. CJ’s not taking what the defense is giving him. He’s stretching the play out until there’s nothing left. He’s indecisive.
I understand what you’re saying, but it’s like CJ expecting the holes to look like a parted Red Sea, and that just doesn’t happen every play.

Truthfully, I'm not mad.
Wins are the only thing that matters to me. If we can continue to get it done by passing, it’s all good. But it is really bothersome after paying him his “playmaker” money, he hasn’t made plays.
