Jim Wyatt just had a series of tweets beginning with the one above. He also said that Joel Segal, his agent was with another person not related to the team, and that CJ has not received any offers for a long-term deal. The Titans seemed pretty adamant that they wouldn't negotiate until Chris Johnson shows up at camp, so it will be interesting to see what they do if his agent shows up to negotiate instead. 

In other Chris Johnson news, it's been reported that the $30,000 daily fine for missing training camp might not start until 23 days after the league year begins, so in that sense, CJ could hold out for a long time without repercussions. 

Regardless, this is a step in the right direction to getting the best player on this team back on the field.
