MCM Play of the Week (Preseason, Week 2)
Jamie Harper is teh next Chris Johnson!11!!
Videos after the jump...
A. Alterraun Verner intercepts Cortland Finnegan's tipped ball.
I love what Jerry Gray has done to this defense. Finny looks to be back in Pro Bowl form, and as always, ATV is finding his way to the ball.
B. Ahmard Hall takes Matt Hasselbeck's pass and rumbles down to the 1.
How can you not put a play like this in POTW? You can't. In fact, any decent play that this man makes will be in POTW. I <3 Sarge.
C. Jamie Harper pounds it into the endzone.
Remember when the Titans were never able to get those 1 -yard TDs? Maybe we've found our solution. (Or maybe our OL is just awesome now)
D. Jamie Harper cuts back for a long gain.
Everybody deserves credit on this play. The OL took the front 7 completely out of the play, and Harper showed great vision in finding the cutback lane and reading Nate Washington's "block."
E. Cortland Finnegan sacks Sam Bradford.
Funny how quickly we all forgot about Finnegan's little mishap a few weeks ago. Did I mention that I love what Jerry Gray is doing? And what better player to have in the opposing QB's face than the most popular player in the NFL.
F. Jake Locker throws a deep pass to Jared Cook.
Man, what the hell was Jeff Fisher smoking? More of this, please.
G. Stafon Johnson breaks off a big run.
I don't know if there's any room for him on the Titans, but I really really hope he makes it onto an NFL roster. What a story.

I voted D
Harper = nice job running. but…
O LINE BE BACK!!1 Total domination on that play. Amano destroys the T, Harris (!) basically carries the MLB to the sideline, Roos good as always, Scott great block and a half. Is that Stevens at TE? Great job as well. WOOOT!!

My vote is--
All of the above.
I’m really trying hard to temper my expectations being that it is still just week 2 of preseason, but I am so in love with all facets of this team and the direction it looks to be going.
Locker has a receiver either side;
Locker fumbles the snap;
Picks it up, sprints out to the right;
Looking;
Fires deep downfield
MAN IS WIDE OPEN!!
TOCHDOWWWWWN TITANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

seriously, this o-line kicks so much ass right now. is it too much to ask for if Amano just keeps doing what he’s doing?
Damn it feels good to be a contributor, Music City Miracles.

Donnie Nickey says new kickoff rules keeping him out of work.
Yea, thats what it is.

Agreed.
But still.
I'll take Harpers long run
but only because he trucks the guy at the finish.
MCM's First Best Player Available (or Jake Locker) FanBoy!
Locker to Cook!
Locker seems to love passing to Cook and you can see why! The guy has not disappointed since being drafted. Lets hope that keeps up.
