The NFL has scheduled the supplemental draft for August 22nd and will allow Terrelle Pryor to enter said draft. Roger Goodell has decided, however, that Pryor will not be eligible to play or practice because he "Pryor made decisions that undermine the integrity of the eligibility rules for the NFL Draft" according to the NFL's official press release. It doesn't really make sense to me how Goodell has the power to do that, but he seems to be able to do whatever he wants.
The other players in the supplemental draft will be Torez Jones DB Western Carolina, Caleb King RB Georgia, Keenan Mace DE Lindenwood, Mike McAdoo DE North Carolina, and Tracy Wilson DB Northern Illinois.
Here is a research question for someone- Have the Titans ever selected a player in the supplemental draft? I feel like they have, but I can't remember one off hand. One thing I can promise you is that they will not be selecting Pryor in this one.
