It has been a big day for the Tennessee Titans. Earlier today they agree to a one year deal with DE Jacob Ford. Now it has been announced by the team that they have agreed to terms with Ahmard Hall and Dave Ball. John Glennon notes on Twitter that Hall is the only one of the four captains from last year that is still on the team. Vince Young and Stephen Tulloch have signed elsewhere and Donnie Nickey remains unsigned.

Ball was actually on his way to a really good season last year with 7 sacks in 11 games before his season was cut short by an injury.

Hall has blocked for a 1,000 yard rusher in each of his 5 seasons with the team.

Ball's return did more or less close the door on Jamaal Anderson getting a spot, but it didn't matter anyway because Pro Football talk is reporting that he will sign with the Colts.
