Tennessee Titans Daily Links: Just Sign The Bleepin' Deal Already Edition

 Apparently the deal to end this lockout is on the table, and both sides are happy, but there's an issue over whether the NFLPA needs to reconstitute before the final documents are signed. There's speculation that such a process could take two weeks, but Florio is calling BS on that one.
 Kerry Collins doesn't have any regrets about retiring, other than not winning a Super Bowl. Take a few minutes to read this piece. It's got tons of notable quotes from Kerry about why he retired, and why he picked the time he did to announce it.
 Journeyman LB Tim Shaw is going to be a free agent when the lockout ends soon. The Titans tendered him before the lockout, and he could sign it once the lockout is over. Shaw was a key special teams player last year who was hard not to notice on coverages, so I'd love to see him back at a reasonable price. See, I made it through that whole sentence without slamming Donnie Nickey.

 Chris Carr left the Titans two years ago for the chance to compete for a starting CB spot in Baltimore, but he only got a few starts when injuries hit the guys at the top of the depth chart. Carr has always performed well when given the chance, and once again he's headed into free agency with the same thing on his mind: find a place to be a starting CB in the NFL.
 Here's yet another article linking Bulluck to the Giants Lions, which would reunite him with Jim Schwartz, the defensive coordinator who got the most out of him. I'd have to believe that Bulluck would be excited about playing for Schwartz again, and he'd love running free behind that seemingly ultra-talented defensive line of the Lions.
 Miami Herald blogger Armando Salguero says the Dolphins should pass on VY, but I kind of want to see it after Salguero made this point:
