WARNING! Everything you are about to read is under the assumption that the lockout will be resolved before the season begins. So I don't want to see any comments regarding the Lockout.
How many of you are excited about Jake Locker being our future QB? I'll bet most of you, I could be wrong though. Most of us are of the opinion to let Locker sit and learn rather than to let him start immediately. But how many of us will stick to that idea in mid November when the Titans are struggling and have little to no wins? What I'm saying is that we HAVE to make sure Locker doesn't get forced into starting because the fans are displeased with how the team is performing. How many times during the Vince Young era did a Quarterback get booed off the field? I think the fans are utterly stupid when they do that. Especially when Vince was on the field and when he would get booed off, because he was a baby and would let it go to his head. Then Kerry would come off the bench, and within the next few series he would get booed. I know Kerry and Vince are not great Quarterbacks by any means, but even they deserved a chance without getting criticized. In the end neither of them panned out, but we shouldn't let the stuff that's gone on the past few years go on when Locker is our Quarterback. So whenever it may be that our QB is doing horrible, whether it's Kerry or a FA Quarterback, we have to put up with it if we want Locker to succeed. If we don't, he will get ruined. I know that the people on this blog only make up a small portion of all Titans fans, so we need to tell our fellow Titans fans to be patient with Locker.
