Not to be outdone by Kiper, Todd McShay has also put out a second round mock draft (In$ider). He has the Titans taking Marvin Austin, DT, UNC. This is the same pick we saw from Galliford's mock draft this morning. The more I think about it, the more I don't think the Titans are going to take Austin. He has a ton of talent, but he has equally as many character concerns. I think the new coaching staff is trying to steer clear of players who have off the field question marks.

I don't understand how both McShay and Kiper think the Cardinals are passing on a QB in the second round.  They are as desperate for a QB as the Titans were before drafting Jake Locker.  I guess they think Arizona will get a guy in a trade.
