Jason Babin looks like he wants to stay in Nashville!
Check out what Jason Babin put on his Twitter account today!!! ( Sorry if it looks weird, I havent quite learned how to screen shot and add it to the blog yet. I promise it is his real post though.)

This speaks for itself!!!! Everyone was worried that because Washburn left, then maybe Babin my jump ship too. By keeping Babin around we can focus on other defensive position we need to address first like Safety and LB and not so much on DE. We also have Morgan and maybe we keep Ball around and we just pick up a middle round DE to train up for the future. Its looking good for Tennessee guys!
Go Titans!!

very nice, and I agree
DE should not be priority #1 by any means. Personally I still haven’t written off Hayes or Ford. There’s a lot of players that could benefit from the coaching changes.

I like Babin's attitude.
Nobody will ever be KVB, but Babin seems to have a work-hard mentality that is at least slightly similar.
I hope we can resign him, and I hope he can continue to find success in our system.
Nice
This is a good sign for him wanting to sign an extension. I am curious as to what kind of offer we are going to give him….
just a question
the picture on your avatar? where did that come from?
Nobody punished like Earl and No one was nastier than Ryan
It all depends on the contract
I think the common thought is that his production this last year was mostly due to Washburn’s system. That may or may not be true… but the question is valid. He is going to want a decent contract, and deservidly so. I’m fine with paying him, but I’d like to see a short contract in terms of years. One or two at the most. This would ensure that if he truly is a product of Washburn’s system, and doesn’t pan out in whatever our new approach is… then we are not stuck with a bad deal.
u may say im trying to start somthing here that may be true but i know more bout football than anyone of u

Can you imagine Babin's Olympian celebration move
Under Thorchak’s guidance? It’d be a worthy sight. All joking aside, I’m happy to see that he is fully accepting the notion of his returning for next year. However, given past dealings with veterans, I’m not sure if the front office is willing to bring him back.
