I like doing a fan post every week to throw my ideas out there, and hear what others say. Since no one at home, at school, or anywhere else I go ever wants to talk about the Titans.
Here are the two things on my mind this week...
#1. The people need to let go of the whole colts thing. They played a good game, we get it. If the Titans beat Indy that week, we all would still need to win and have cinci lose. So, honestly lets get over it.
#2. So, my buddies from high school and I were the guys who didnt take our super intense academic high school seriously, instead we took bets. Now, we have moved on and take our academics more seriously, but when we come home for break, we like to drink, mess around with our old high school girl friends sometimes, and argue about sports. The arguments often lead to long term wagers....here is a highlight that I would like to share and get your advice on...
My best friend in the world is a Panther fan.
I am willing to wager him that Jake wins more games than Cam. I of course realize he has a 6 win head start. (Playoffs, and Super Bowl wins count as 1, just as regular season wins.) I told him that even though I know I can get better equity else where, I would make the bet and give him both Dalton and Cam separately. He is away now and we are working out the fine print of our 10 year bet. What do you all think?
Am I just blindly optimistic? Or would you side with me. Try and be as close to neutral as you can, I am clearly not being neutral at all.
