Apparently Matt Hasselbeck practiced beautifully yesterday, while CJ sat out to rest his sprained ankle.
Chris Johnson's ankle injury has already affected his career: CJ was limping badly through a crucial commercial shoot on Monday afternoon.
The Titans took a five spot nose-dive in the overall DVOA rankings, fueled largely by a 4 spot drop by the offense.

In explaining why they chose to re-sign Quinn Johnson to replace Ringer, rather than signing a true RB, Munch declared that we went 3-1 with Johnson. I think what he means to say is that we went 2-1 with Kenny Britt, and managed to win the next game without him.

There was a flurry of activity regarding former Titans yesterday: former OC Norm Chow is headed to Hawaii as the head coach, Jovan Haye was let go by Detroit and re-signed by Tampa Bay and Former Titans nickel back Vincent Fuller is joining up with the Patriots.

Oh man, Munch needs to work with a media specialist.
“Going 3-1” with Quinn Johnson is not valid at all, if you’re going to give coachspeak at least make it valid coachspeak. “He’s been here, knows the system and can be a contributor.” would be more acceptable than “We went 3-1 with him”.

do I miss Derrick Mason (circa 03) …. one of the things I loved best about that Titans era was knowing that they’d find a way to move the chains and Mason was sooo consistent with producing 1st downs in dire situations.
