This may sound completely ridiculous, but I would like to formally second guess the who to root for post.

While, yes Tennessee winning out, Cinci, NYJ, Houston, Denver losing out would be great, it wont happen.

Here is what I am rooting for.

I believe that Tennessee wins the tie breaker with the Jets due to the conference record, and the 3 way tie breaker with the Jets and Bengals.

So, if Cinci gets to 10-6, which they might, because they are good, I am not sure we want the Jets to crash and burn.

If Denver is in the tie breaker, they win it, because of conference record. So, I am rooting for Denver to crash, Cinci to lose, Houston to lose, but I am rooting for the Jets to win I think.

The Jets will likely be in the mix, and it would be a damn shame for them to win the 6 spot, but like I said I think we want the Jets to be there as long as Cinci is there.

In any event, I truly believe that IF Tennessee beats Buffalo, we WILL make the playoffs.

I was willing to make a hefty bet about this with some guy at the bar 2 nights ago, and I stand by that.
