I Still Love Cortland

Someone in the comments said it perfectly, he is a very good player on the field and a great man off the field, he could just use some help with his negotiating tactics. Yes, this is very true. However, nothing that he did during his 1 day strike in camp effected this team in the least. Cortland has had had a great year, and continues to be the only player on the Titans that even comes close to lighting an opponent up. Yes, occasionally Babs does, but really Cortland is the only one you can expect to do so.

At the end of the year, everyone in the secondary will have their contract expire. I do not really know too much about football because I simply never played it. Would it make sense to let our young corners play, and think about possibly moving Cortland to one of the safety positions? He seems to do everything that you would want a safety to do, or is he too valuable at corner. Just an idea.

Frankly I do not want them to take more than 1 of their first 4 picks on secondary help. Would rather see them beef up the lines and try and find a scatter back receiver type player as CJ depreciates.

As the week has gone on, and analysis has come in, I think starting Iceberg is the entirely right play.

Furthermore, I am just so scared about this game sunday, that I just do not know what to say. If we dont make the playoffs because we lost to the Colts and Jags, giving the frekin Jets the 6th seed, Christmas with my father will be just a disaster.

Thoughts.
