DETROIT, MI - NOVEMBER 24: Defensive end Ndamukong Suh #90 of the Detroit Lions argues with referee Terry McAulay #77 after Suh is ejected from the game for unsportsmanlike conduct in the third quarter against the Green Bay Packers during the Thanksgiving Day game at Ford Field on November 24, 2011 in Detroit, Michigan. Jay Glazer is reporting that Roger Goodell has suspended Ndamukong Suh two games for his mini-stomping incident on Thanksgiving against the Packers. This whole act with Suh is getting tired. He has a meeting with the commissioner to try to figure out what he can and can't do so he can avoid getting fined, and he turns around and stomps on a guy.
The worst part about this whole thing was the crap he tried to sell after the game about how it wasn't a stomp. Albert Haynesworth's stomp was a million times worse than Suh's, but at least he stood up after the game and took responsibility for what he did.
This really hurts the Lions who play the Saints this week. Drew Brees will have a field day if they cannot get pressure on him, and that gets a lot tougher without a guy like Suh in the middle.
You would hope this would be the wake-up call Suh needs to stop being an idiot.
