It is a long time between now and the draft, but it is never too early to start taking a look at what is going to be available. Sikes has done a great job with his first two positional posts.

Right now the Titans would be picking somewhere in the middle of the first round.  The good news is there is a lot of talent in the top 20 at linebacker.
