Need some jersey help - come vote!

So I found myself what looked like a pretty sweet authentic Kenny Britt jersey on eBay. The price was right and I got it for a steal, so I was super excited.

I got even more excited when I opened the package.

The front looks sweet:

Everything sewn on and looking awesome. The back of the jersey looks sweet as well:

Oh man, I am really fired up. This jersey is gonna look awesome at LP. I can't wait to wear it and watch Britt tear up the league (keep in mind, this was back in August).

Wait a sec, what the heck is that???

A Titan Blue sword on the arm? That can't be right. Let me check one of my other jerseys.

Just as I thought, the sword is supposed to look like this:

No wonder the price was so good!

Oh well, I guess it's not that bad over all, but it is not an accurate representation of our jersey.

So what should I do? Quit being OCD about it and just wear it? Or lock it away to never be seen again?

I say wear it, if it is like that it could be aunthentic and hand sowed on.

Most of the cheaply priced jerseys on Ebay tend to have small errors.....

On mine, the name TITANS above the numbers on the front is slightly skewed downward, and my wife’s pink one had some of the printed sword scraped off during production (and was conveniently hidden from view on the photos posted to Ebay). As long as its not an completely obvious flaw, heck with it…..wear it and be happy to have gotten a great price.

I have a similar situation with my authentic jersey

I bought a CJ jersey last year from a traveling vendor at Cool Spring (as a side note, also saw Nate Washington that day at Foot Locker immediately afterwards) for a really great price. I figured there had to be something wrong with it for that cheap, but it took me a week or so to realize that the collar was light blue instead of dark. However, no one who has seen it has ever noticed, so if people haven’t noticed my neck I doubt they’d notice your sword, unless they are checking your guns out.

I have a similar “problem” with a CJ jersey I got last year. Though it was purchased through a regular store. Part of me wonders if the Titans thought of making a switch, and changed their minds. Or, as someone else said, it was a mistake from Reebok. Either way, I just wear the jersey. I’m surrounded by Cults fans in Indy, and most of them don’t pay any attention to other teams anyway.

BTW, I didn’t vote in your poll. Sorry, but since I have a similar CJ jersey, I don’t believe you have a “one of a kind”. But your other options aren’t reasonable either. Just wear the damn thing and move on. :)
