Tennessee Titans Offensive Skill Player Snap Counts
Here is Mike Clay's breakdown of snaps played for the Titans skill players on Sunday against the Steelers:
Damian Williams played 62 snaps in Week 5, which was one more than Nate Washington. Williams has a clear hold on the No. 2 WR job over Lavelle Hawkins, who was in on 49 plays, and is pushing Washington for the top WR title. Marc Mariani (seven snaps) played over Donnie Avery (three), who is still learning the system. Jared Cook was in the game on what was easily a season-high 57 snaps. Daniel Graham handled 19. Chris Johnson was in on 40 snaps, which tied the season-low he set in Week 4. Javon Ringer enjoyed a season-high 28 snaps, 25 of which were pass plays.
One point of clarification- Williams is not pushing Washington for the top receiver spot. I am pleased with where D-Will is since Kenny Britt went out, but he is not anywhere close to taking over Nate's spot.

ya’ll think we should go after terrell owens when he is fully recovered? he’s crazy. but he proved last year he can still play…
I was thinking the same thing myself
But are the numbers he might put up worth the headache he provides in the locker room and in the media? Imo… I don’t think so.

Id rather Moss again than TO
No chance it happens. I dont see the Titans getting a new WR and if they do its gonna be from a trade for a useless WR or off the PS

I don't know how bad that break was
But it’s had about 6 weeks to heal by my count. Could be OK by now. Worth a workout maybe?

i thougth about it too
it would give us a number one threat……but will he start complaining when he isnt gettin the ball and destroy the locker room.
What about Defensive Snaps?
I swear it seems like Morgan only plays 50% of the plays and I don’t get why…He is way better then Ball-Sack. I understand the idea of rotating but some players need to be on the field more then others.
USC > UT (Both of them)
Graham was in for 19 plays too many imo
Hoping that the bye gets Stevens back

"He had an operation and he’s walking around like it’s nothing. He’s just a freak of nature,’’ Palmer said. "If there’s anybody out there like that, we’d like to get another one of those."
