QB Ricky Stanzi (6-4 230lbs) from Iowa could be a steal in this year's NFL Draft. After a some what mediocre 2009 season, where he posted 2,417 passing yards 17 TDs and 15 ints, he rebounded with a strong senior campaign that made a statement. He passed for 3,004 yards, had 25 TDs with only 4 ints, and posted two rushing TDs. I don't watch every Iowa game but in the games that I have watched I have seen a very talented leader that has a great arm, good ability to read the field, and enough mobility to avoid pressure in the pocket. He has also been in a pro style offense in Iowa for four years now which should help in his development as an NFL QB. I have seen him predicted to go anywhere from the late 2nd round to the 6th round. I personally see him as a 3rd round pick. I think he would be a great pick up for any team, but I'm not so sure that he could be an imediate starter but I think he could blossom into a good NFL QB. He will be playing on the North team in the under armor senior bowl coming up. If you have anymore input on this guy please share!
