Nope. I'd give a 2nd for Haynesworth + 4th round.
Media - "How does it feel to be that fast?"
CJ - "It feel real good."

A 2nd round pick for
Haynesworth AND their 4th round wouldn’t be that bad. Maybe this is what he is saying.
What do we do if somehow Colt McCoy ends up on an NFL team starting against Vince Young?
He is worth a 2nd.

If they wanted a third before the draft, how on earth can they ask for a second now? His value's fallen off even more.
Give a fourth, maybe a third with performance.
The only QB from the 2006 draft class still on his original team is Vince Young.

They still want a Third....
….they’re just calling the Titans’ bluff. Or perhaps you can call it a pissing contest.
Wanna bet on how fast the ’Skins would jump on the offer if the Titans upped it to a Third?

Oh absolutely, if we offer a third they'll be sprinting to NFL offices to get this done
We didn’t give them a third during the draft and I don’t think they’ll give one up now. I give credit to Fisher and Co., they seemed to have played this one right.

Eventually the skins have to cave, because Shanahan clearly doesn't want him around anyway.
I’d say we eventually give them a 4th for him

Wouldn't be surprised....
If it’s a Fourth than can become a Third if Albert meets certain thresholds.

Bad report
The actual report was the Redskins were willing to accept a 3rd BEFORE they paid him the $21 million bonus in March. That report came out around draft time, but it was never reported that’s what they were looking for at the time of the draft. Haynesworth for 3/$16mil as opposed to Haynesworth for 3/$37mil is a vastly different calculation, with a different trade value.
That's not funny.

I actually believe it might this time.
Skins are desperate, and we are waiting with open arms.

I know but the titans have broken my heart ever since the superbowl run. Then we go 13-3 and get beat by the dirty ratbirds, almost cried.

I don't think the titans go higher than a fourth
unless they get a low round pick back and trade a 3rd. They shouldn’t go down because frankly the racial epithets need the titans more than the titans need them.
I'm fine with the players we have on the roster.
I really don’t want Haynesworth on the roster and don’t get all the excuses made for him, he plays when he wants to play. If he could be depended on game to game and day-to-day he’d be worth a couple of first rounders and the ‘Skins wouldn’t even be trying to trade him, even with the “issues”, but that isn’t the case.
I seriously think(hope) that this is the draft talk all over again, talk that ends in Haynesworth staying in Washington.
I don't think this is wise
Haynesworth will only create a distraction for the team.

Reporting Skins GM says it isn’t happening. “Haynesworth not up for trade”

Really interesting to read this thread at the Redskin's SB site:
http://www.hogshaven.com/2010/9/7/1674135/haynesworth-trade-talks-still
Most of them seem to want to get rid of Al. They don’t think he’s even trying. But their idea of a good trade is hilarious. One suggestion was a 4th + Britt.
I always go first half - coffee, second half - beer, because In LA, the games start at 10:00 a.m.
no way in hell..
We are trading our best wideout!

I am no longer convinced this will happen.
Color me disappointed. This team could really use Haynesworth’s presence.

So, let's see... Titans say 4th, Redskins say 2nd.
This is just one team testing the limit the other wants to go to.
The Titans are testing how low they can go with the Skins to get Haynesworth.
The Redskins are testing how much they can get from the Titans by giving out Haynesworth.
If nobody else comes up and takes the Skins up on the 2nd-round-pick-for-Haynesworth deal, the Skins and Titans will probably settle for a 3rd and call it a day.

That sounds like the logical thing to do, but...
we’ve got to always remember this organization doesn’t trade logically, usually.
Dont expect haynesworth in blue against the raiders. Not happening
