RB LeGarrette Blount claimed by Tampa Bay
Bad move releasing him in my opinion. Who gets goal line carries now? Ringer? Hall? The Titans will probably pick up a veteran off the waivers in the next few days to fill the void.

Although I think Blount has a lot of potential...
With Johnson/Ringer, this isn’t a traumatic loss. The Titans need more of a special teams impact from a third string RB, or at least a better pass protector. I just hope this doesn’t come back to bite us down the road..

Its the new trend in the NFL
No one keeps a full-time goal line guy anymore. You pick someone up as a stop-gap solution and go from there. The era of specialist downhill runners ala Jerome Bettis seems to be over. A shame really. Coupled with all this protection for QBs football is going in an favourable direction IMO.

Yeah, rothbard was against Blount from the beginning because he couldn't 'play special teams'.
I don’t know. The guy doesn’t seem to have his head on right.
Maybe Blount could correct it with a good hay-maker.
