Tennessee Titans Coach Jeff Fisher Sunday Press Conference
Tennessee Titans Coach Jeff Fisher said today in his press conference that Michael Roos will not require an MRI on his strained knee. We can all breathe a big sigh of relief on that one.
He also noted that Damian Williams had his shoulder pop out on the ball he fumbled. When asked who was ahead in the return battle between Williams and Marc Mariani he answered in true Fisher fashion:
At this point, they both can do it.
Fisher was also asked about the battle for the starting CB position opposite Cortland Finnegan and didn't really have much to say on that either. I still believe that Jason McCourty has the upper hand.
He also said he was pleased with what they saw from Derrick Morgan. That was about it.

Thank god on the Roos news
And now I’ve got the “Blue’s Clues” theme song playing in my head with “Roos News” in it’s place…

There were a lot of things going on up front, a lot of different fronts we haven’t practiced against. Munch (Mike Munchak) was scrambling on the sidelines, which is a good experience for us trying to sort things out. There are things in which we will address those types of situations. Like anything else, you set out to go into a preseason and say these are things we are going to do and things we are not going to do. We have a laundry list of things that could have sorted out a lot of the problems last night, but we elected to stay away from it.
Ideally, that translates to “yeah, we saw what just happened, too.”
