I am a senior in High School this year.

We just started school on Tuesday. I’m the number one player on the school tennis team. I have multiple classes about health and the human body. My goal one day is to be a family doctor. My favorite team is the Tennessee Titans. Period.

by asian phil on Aug 26, 2010 7:02 PM CDT reply actions

its a backwards degree

this sounds weird but i take all my course for video game design at a community college then transfer to Texas A&M San Antonio or Texas State and take my basics and get my bachelors from the university

by SouthTexasTitan on Aug 26, 2010 7:11 PM CDT up reply actions

There is a program in Dallas for that

Arts and Technology is offered as a major at UT Dallas, and it is largely a video game design program from what I understand, at least as it is done at UT Dallas.

Yes, he throws that fast (as my black & blue left hand can attest to)....

and very rarely does he throw it down the middle, but he can hit the corners (very good control). And to compliment the heater, he has a sick breaking ball that usually has hitters backing out of the box (he’s a righty, so, for a right handed hitter…it’s really not fair). Then you throw in the change/sinker/slider and it’s pretty much lights out.

Sports Director for a TV station in Illinois

In the Springfield/Decatur/Champaign market. We hit prep sports hard during football because Illini football is terrible and then lots of hs hoops and Illini hoops in the winter.

Became a Titans fan because the Oilers were my favorite team on Tecmo Super Bowl. I got the game for Christmas when I was 6 or 7. Followed them to Tennessee and here I am.

Tecmo Bowl

If you became a fan because of Tecmo bowl, you are not only a real fan, but THE REAL FAN. Badass.

What do we do if somehow Colt McCoy ends up on an NFL team starting against Vince Young?

im a 22 years old field engineer in Malaysia

I came to America in 2006 and studied at vanderbilt university for 4 years..during the first 2 years in us, i tried watching college football but didnt really like it at first because vanderbilt was sucking. then i switched to nfl.i started liking the titans since the chris johnson era, which was 2 years ago.it was really fun to see a real life ‘eyesshield21’ running wild on the field.since then, all of my friends called me a titans freak. cant blame them. now..like i said, im in malaysia working as a field engineer for an oil n gas company. im responsible for installation and transportation of oil rigs. its quite a challenging job and its really hard to catch up with football nowadays..anybody know where i can watch football for free? i really appreciate it.

^^ This is good

Can’t get anything in Canada either. All the NFL.com stuff and network broadcasts are blocked in this country. So effing aggravating!! I can’t justify buying and installing satellite just to watch football (at least to my loving but non-football appreciating lady), so the net is my only choice outside of sitting alone in a bar for 3 hours not drinking because I have a 20 mile drive back home. I usually use www.atdhe.net, but it’s kind of hit or miss.

thanks man!

really appreciate it! its just so frustrating when a wide receiver is about to catch a ball and the screen just hangs and starts to buffer. blurgh. thanks a lot! :)

Well....I am a 26 year Technical Support Specialist for Datamax-O'Neil

If you ever see the guy from Enterprise give you the receipt fro your rental return, we make that printer….and other ones. I spent 6 years in the Navy and seen the most parts of the world I didnt think I’d ever see..been in Pinoy’s backyard a couple of times…I got my own freelance graphic design business that I am trying to build up…I am orignally from Brownsville, TN but I live in Orlando, FL now….

I freaking see CJ2K at least 4 or 5 times a week during the off season….I have been a Titans fan since the Oilers (Warren Moon is my 3rd cousin, seriously) it just made it all the better when they moved to TN! I am married and have one little girl…my wife loves the Titans as much as I do since I converted her from the 49ers.

Funny/Crazy Titans story: When we lost in that playoff game in 2008, i slapped my hand against a brick wall in anger, broke 3 bones in my finger…but was more angry that the Ratbirds tried to hurt CJ…..LOL

"He is fast, but what I like about him is he looks like one of those track guys that actually knows how to run the ball and has good vision and patience. He is not just running at top speed. He knows when to use his speed, and he has some power and toughness, too.'' Barry Sanders about CJ2K

I'm in Afghanistan.....

I do contract work in IT, supporting and working with the United States Army, Airforce, Navy and Marines. I’m 28 years old, and I take care of my 10 year old daughter who lives in Kansas. I’m originally from Houston Texas, and Ironically I left when the Oilers/Titans did. I travel constantly all over the world, and I also have to say the Dubai, UAE is quite amazing, but also quite expensive. It’s a good place if you want to get diamonds though.

I am a College Student...

So far it seems to be a career unto itself (It’s certainly taking that long).

I’m 26 and live in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. I’m studying Internet Programming and am the biggest Star Trek fan you have ever met.

I was born in Walla Walla, WA, raised mostly in Oregon and Tennessee with stops in Denver, CO and Greensboro, NC along the way. I moved to Ohio to live with the woman who is now my wife (she’s an Engineer… and a Browns fan… She doesn’t watch football much, consequently). I would get DirecTV and try to talk my wife into letting me get Sunday Ticket, but we live on the wrong side of the apartment building, so like many of you the Internet is my only way to follow the games.

PS: Anyone want to help me propose an Internet subscription service to the NFL where you can pick one team to stream any game for a season with the option to overlay the radio play-by-play?

When I'm not here

I"m a father of 4 kids and just recently relocated to Hawaii from North Dakota. I took a wonderful job in paradise with the Federal Gov’t in another field after working 5 years as a Civil Engineer.

It’s great being back in Hawaii (was stationed here back in the late 90’s and my two oldest kids were born here) but it’s going to take a little time to get used to getting up at 6 a.m. for football.

I’m going to try and make it a point to stop in more then I have been!

We wish you would stop in more

Congrats on the move. Sounds like quite a step up in locations at least.

When not here.

I am a college student in Dallas TX, was working until recently. Had been working overnights, but I physically can’t take working overnights 32+ hours a week and taking 15 hours of classes. So now looking for a day job.

I am majoring in political science, hope to teach high school government in a few years while going to law school, in order to get my JD without racking up 80K+ in debt.
