Your Tennessee Titans and Fantasy Football
We all know that Chris Johnson is the consensus #1 fantasy pick, but what other Titans are even worth picking this year in fantasy? If you are in a standard 10 team league with people that aren't from Tennessee you will probably see Kenny Britt picked at some point late in the draft, but that might be it.
I think Vince Young should be picked in every draft because he is going to put up good fantasy numbers. Think about it this way- most standard leagues give you 4 points for passing TDs and 1 point every 50 yards passing. Sure you have got your guys like Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees and Peyton Manning who are still going to put up big numbers under those parameters, but VY can add so much more because of his ability to run the ball. If Rodgers throws for 300 yards and 2 TDs that is 14 points. VY gets you basically the same points if he runs for 50, throws for 200 and 1 TD. VY is also more likely to get a rushing TD that is worth 6 points.
I am not by any means saying that I am going to draft Vince as my starting quarterback on a team, but he is definitly worth having on your roster as a back-up for your starting QBs bye week or a week where your starter doesn't have a favorable match-up.

VY
Is only a bye week qb at best. I still don’t trust him very much right now. Plus, he don’t even run that much anymore. He’s a winner, just not a great fantasy qb option right now.
I have Britt in my league. I think he can be decent, depending on Vince. Plus if he still returns kicks, he will have added value if your league gives points on individual return yards.
If you have IDSPs, I like Tulloch, who gets a lot of tackles, and of course Finnegan.
I concur.....
I concur with Todd H. VY is a back up only during bye weeks until his performance on the field JUSTIFIES a promotion to starter. Right now he can not get you GTP. I had a draft tonite. VY was picked up as a backup and drew many creative post on the chat board from the league.
speaking of fantasy
football.. I have a problem in my keepers league. maybe some of you can weight in while commenting on on this.
football.. I have a problem in my keepers league. maybe some of you can weight in while commenting on on this.We only get to keep two players from the previous year. right now it’s down to two of these three players.. Aaron Rodgers, Chris Johnson (who’s been my keeper since I drafted him round 6 his rookie year) and Randy Moss (who’s been a solid keep on my roster for a few years)

It’s the second spot i’m having a hard time with. if the choice was today it would be Rodgers. But my problem is this. Elite WR’s are far and few between, there is probably on 3 elite WR’s.. Johnson, Fitz, and Moss. outside of them you have a second tier of WR’s who put up good numbers but are not monsters. With Brady a year removed from surgery and Wes back I think Moss can have another Monster year, but at the same time Rodgers is poised to become one of the top 3 Fantasy QB’s.

But that worked out nicely.

I say keep A-Rod
like you said, you’ll be able to have him for years to come, and he’s gonna be ridiculous this yr. And an elite qb and hb can win you a few games by themselves- I had Brees and CJ last year, and if you can just build around that with solid WR’s like Breaston, Knox, or maybe a Louis Murphy you’ll be good. (Sleeper receivers are Naane, Mike Thomas, Mike Williams from the Bucs)
I'd keep Rodgers
A QB like him is hard to come by. If you release Moss, he can replaced, perhaps not individually, but as a whole. You’ll have a shot at plenty of good WRs since your league only keeps two players.
