The second corner back position has been the only real starting spot that's open for competition on the Titans roster (being a starter on the D-line barely matters since the rotation is 8-10 deep), and right now it's looking like Jason McCourty has the position pretty-well nailed down. At this point, I'd say he has to completely Nick Harper this thing implode a few times to lose it. After that spot, the next most interesting question in the secondary is what will be the pecking order behind Vinny Fuller's nickel spot.
Leroy Harris is the new guy on the offensive line, and he's going the extra step to show that he's got his linemates' backs:

I'm just going to set this one up on a tee and see who can hit it the hardest: Among the NFL vets mentoring the nearly 30 year-old Ben Roethlisberger is Merril Hoge. The Browns have signed former Titans stop-gap, punter Reggie Hodges since Dave Zastudil was placed on the injured reserve.

McCourty and Verner should get some reps lining up against Fitzgerald and Breaston in the Cardinals game next week! That will be a great way to determine who is the better option as a starter.

That’s a huge loss for the Texans, Arian Foster seems to be the feature back there now. Hopefully their running game continues to suck.

Well, I hate to see any player get hurt...
but let’s face it, everybody seems to have had their share of injuries this pre-season. I hope that Tate makes a complete recovery and our prayers go out to him as well.

Guys, sorry for basically hijacking a thread, but...
speaking of Tate’s injury… Tonight will my first FF draft and is there any site where I can look at a list of injured players, so I can find out who to exclude drafting?
I draft through Yahoo, so it always tells me who's injured
I just typed it into google and got the CBS site:

That gives you the IR and PUP, for example you can see Tate, and then if you click on one of the headers to the left, it gives you the players who are questionable for the preseason and regular season, or the ones who are suspended, like Vincent Jackson.
Hope that helps, if not, I guess you could always just google search each player you take and see if any injury news comes up. Good luck tonight.

I’m using Yahoo too. Though, I’m not seeing the injury reports. I must be looking over it. Will the auto-draft feature draft ranked players that are on IR or PUP?

rotoworld is great also – right before you pick a guy type his name in the search engine at rotoworld and it will give you all the past news on the guy before you pick him – i find it pretty helpful

Its true! I have decided to mentor big Ben. He is what I like to call a factor (quarter) Back who makes a difference on the field and in the community.
It is a great pleasure to mentor such a fine person who has a great throwing motion and is a proven winner. He has had bad luck with woman who accuse him of untrue things in order to get money and fame.
Unlike VY Big Ben is an model QB in the NFL and in public. You don’t see Ben (aka Baby Hoge) as I like to call him, ripping his shirt off in public (there is no evidence that Ben does this to others as opposed to himself)
