I am in a keeper league, and I need your help.  We are trying to decide how to announce the keepers.  So I have a question for you- How does your league announce keepers?  We are trying to decide if everyone should have to submit them blindly before the draft, or if they should just be announced at the draft.  If they are announced at the draft how do you decide who announces when?  I think I am in favor of eveyone submitting them before the draft blindly, but I don't feel that strongly about it. 

I would love to know what your league does and why.
