MADDEN RATINGS - Titans Edition!!
Madden Ratings are out for Titans. At least this year CJ2K gets an OVR 99 rating. While VY's a little better, he's still at an OVR 79. and in another indication that KB53's not coming back, they've given witherspoon his uniform number.

Why did Devin Hester get 100 speed a couple years back,
but CJ has never gotten it? If we’re on the same scale that gave Hester 100, CJ should get at least 102…
