Madden 11 Ratings - CJ vs AP

The team rankings are out, and here is a direct comparison between CJ2k and AP. CJ is 99 overall; AP is 98.

My comments: I don't think there is a big enough gap in speed between the two runners. AP is good, but 99 acceleration AND 97 speed? Not to mention he has a higher agility rating. AP is more apt to get injured it appears. I'm not sure if the "CAR" (carrying) relates to fumbles, but it so, then I have no problem with Mr. Fumble having a 62 to CJ's 96.

There really wasn’t a reason to add the stats because the rating did not change any from Madden10! Madden once again tries to trick us all!

When madden first came out last year CJ was like a 89 overall

After the very last roster update( they do monthly) the have CJ as a 99. Belive it are not Brandon Jacobs fell from like a 98 to a 85.
I love how they do roster updates. Demo comes out 2morow

When madden FIRST came out In Aug last year

Chris Johnson WAS a 89, if your looking at your updated rosters he would countinue to rise every month are so, But for you to take a shot at me on madden, hahahahahahaha.. MayB you should see a Docter!

That last year, when madden first came out, after Cj’s 1st year as a split starter, They gave him the raiting of 98? You need to actualy STFU and and GOOGLE It!!

but anywas no i dont have xbox live so all i have is the game as it was originally bought and unless im just an enigma here and my game was the one in a million, CJ had a 98.

I play Madden a lot too & checked it for both of you. His rookie campaign in 09’, his rating was 77. Last year in 10’, his rating jumped to 88. & Now, ironically it has to be 99.

I wonder if this how Madden ratings are rationally and marginaly rated.

The only problem I have with you is that you get so worked up over a stupid UNREALISTIC game like it means shit to anybody in the grand scheme of things son
and dont worry about my age kid but i graduated in 08 son.
also you can go on to the player personnel and modify any players ranking in any category which includes CJ’s speed. But you prolly know that huh?
and as for the Texans im not sure why you bring them up, maybe theyve trolled you a couple times too…hm oh well

I think texan fans are quite polite though

It might be just the ones the came over last year, but they seemed pretty cool

Yeah

CJ did get ripped off on a couple of these. For instance, 97 on elusiveness, whereas AP gets a 98. That’s kind of a joke. How do you get more elusive than CJ.

HOWEVER, what I am most disappointed in is that CJ was rated lower than AP in the SWAG category. I have a feeling he’s going to be personally upset by that one.

giving hester 100 is the stupidest thing they’ve ever done. i look at it as a slap in the face to CJ, deion, and every other guy who has been in madden that is unquestionably faster than hester.

BCV (Ball Carrier Vision) Rating irks me

If anything, they should be equal, but putting AD (All-Day) higher than the Serial Killer (CJ2K murders defenses on a weekly basis) is just silly.

If I hit a hole-in-one on this grand slam the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.

Where is that Viking Blogger when we need him to be?

I’m sure some of you recall that Viking AP Fan’s rude behavior when we had the argument of CJ vs AP.

CJ – OVR 99, Speed 99, CAR 96, * Rookie Combine – 4.24

AP – OVR 98, Speed 98, CAR 62, (Fumble-titus) – Combine 4.38

Although Madden’s ratings are based on stats. I THINK WE KNOW who the better RB by the above information. The only advantage AP has over CJ: 3rd & inches on the 1 yard line (Lining up in the END ZONE)

people drive me crazy when they play with the titans

its always sweeps right and left to CJ, trying to beat my D to the edge. when he does, and beats the safety, or corner, forget it! might as well put the stick down.

i think the fumble rating is gonna hurt AP this year, especially with these strip happy bastards online. as a neutral observer(Giants fan) i’ll choose CJ all day over, All Day!

btw, i understand why they did it, but hopefully there wrong about the ratings they gave Big Boy Jacobs. he had a down year last year, but some of his ratings are underrated. i think they rated him an 85 speed, which is wrong, and a usual assumption about him. the fact is, his fast, but it takes him longer to reach top speed. so his acc. rating should be low, but his speed should actually be about 88-90. for those that don’t believe, see last years final game against the cowgirls…he outran there whole defense on a swing pass.
