i'd be shocked
if he is truly the number one DE in the draft and a top notch pass rusher i’d be surprised to see him make it past 10

No
I would be too. But, JPP is making his way up some boards, and there’s not a ton of demand for DE in the top half of the draft, so if someone bites on JPP first, it would be totally possible to see Morgan land in Nashville.
That said, the ESPN write-up on JPP has me a little more relaxed about the prospect of him landing with us. Seems he’s a high character dude, who is absolutely driven to excel and prove the naysayers wrong. Consider me intrigued.
morgan
tried to check him out on youtube, from the footage i saw he didn’t look like much. didn’t see him do much against iowa in that bowl game either. could have that stephen tulloch syndrome where you don’t do much but everyone thinks you’re great…….. more impressed with jpp
JPP is a freak !!
How many back flips can he do? YouTube it! But does it make him a great first round pick? No, the only reason he will be is because of the combine. Most of the first round picks are established college football stars, JPP is not. That brings a risk to any team that drafts him

unless jpp can.....
do backflips around the tackle and get us some sacks, i would say the backflips are irrelevent…….do like him morethan morgan
So you watch Morgan's performance in the Iowa game and don't like it
So which of Pierre-Paul’s games do you like?
Official MCM Hater!
Adrian Peterson just fumbled again.
I'll go ahead and answe this for him.
None. He had one multi sack game (2) last year. One.
This hype is beyond ridiculous. It’s almost a joke. It seriously feels like Mel Kiper and Todd McShay picked one guy with with great measurables and decided to pimp him out in an effort to see how gullible the league and it’s fans were. 6.5 sacks against the Big East and he’s allegedly the #1 DE on the board. Really?
Somewhere along the way in this mess that is the draft I think the logic went like this: The draft is a crapshoot. Because it’s a crapshoot, sometimes guys with great stats don’t pan out. So, stats don’t matter. Measurables are king.

ALL OF THEM!!!!
i just think jpp is better for us than morgan. morgan to me looks like so many other first round de’s that haven’t panned out. but hell, they might not even go de. i sure wasn’t thinking running back when we took cj
I don't really buy the Morgan hype either
He’s not bad but he’s not that special either. I go to UVA and watch a lot of ACC football so I’ve seen him play probably 7 or 8 times over the last 2 years. He’s a very solid player that will have a fantastic game from time to time, but will also completely disappear at times (i.e. in GT’s bowl game this year). Not a typical top-10 DE, but still probably-first round talent.
