I need someone with some ratings scoring knowledge to weigh in here. How does that game have a higher rating than the Rams/Titans Super Bowl?

…plus more access to cable and to TV in general.

more people were at parties/bars for the superbowl where as more people watched the Titans/Raiders at home

More people at parties/bars = fewer TV sets turned on.
More people at home = more TV sets turned on.
I guess it would depend on what kind of set meters are currently used, and if they somehow record the number of folks in the audience.

I think it's probably that more people live in Nashville now than they did 10 years ago.

Id say the Titans were still so new to Nashville in particular
That they hadn’t had as much time to build up a following.
