Mock Draft
You all know the needs and the reasons. Cornerback, defensive line, linebacker. Somebody next to Finnegan. A big man in the middle with Tony Brown. Someone to replace Keith Bulluck or David Thornton, depending on where McRath plays. Moving on to the mock...
Round 1: Donovan Warren, CB, Michigan
Round 3: Jermaine Cunningham, DE, Florida
Round 4: Greg Hardy, DE, Ole Miss
Round 5: Vince Oghobaase, DT, Duke
Round 6: Junior Gallette, OLB, Temple
Round 7: Juice Williams, QB/WR, Illinois

Where's the kick returner?
I like it but I can’t see them going all defence until round 7. When do find out the compensitory picks?
And...
I think the Titans will re-sign Keith Bulluck.
David Thornton will most likely not be re-signed.
Tooouucchhddooowwnnn Titans!
We need a DE in FA! His name is Peppers
The mock draft is good except we will draft atleast one Guard/ Center by the final round. CB should definetly be our first pick drafted. Our Titans mock draft first depends on the rehiring/ release of these players (given they resign Scaife, Tulloch, & Mawae soon): Vanden Bosch, Bullock, & Thorton are all on the fence of going according to their age and their agents getting upset. I wasn’t aware Thorton’s contract was up but Bullock will be resigned way before KVB, Thorton, or Mawae get signed. I am gambling they will franchise Tulloch. Even if we get KVB for another year or two, we are still going to need to get him some help before round 3. & Since we can not afford to get a second round pick; I think Julius Peppers is the answer to Sack/ Pressure problems. But after reality sinks in with the facts of the new uncapped year implying owners scared of paying too many hefty contracts, the repressive economy with no sight of increase, & the minimal amount of NFL re-signings so far. All those factors combined will cause Mike to delay and allow another team to buy out Peppers for a higher price than we can afford to make the deal. Peppers is the key for our defense to reboost. I doubt a 3rd round DE will help us get the sacks we need to become a better DEFENSE!!!! PEPPERS people. MIKE SIGN PEPPERS by April SO I CAN SLEEP peacefully as a Titan!
Another name in FA: OLB/ MLB
Pro Bowler Demeco Ryans is another huge Demand we need if Bullock/ or Thorton can be signed. Ryans can fill the slot of Thorton or Bullock. If they can move Tulloch to the outside or allow this player to move outside. This MLB from the Texans is much faster than Tulloch and I’m sure he can dominate at OLB just as he did at MLB.
Please tell me where you get your weed
because the idea that the Titans are going to sign Julius Peppers or Demeco Ryans is pure psychedelia. You speak of them as if they are the only option for our team to get better. If that’s the case we should go ahead and sign TO, Darren Sharper, Mike Vick, and then trade for Patrick Willis, Darrel Revis, Drew Brees and Miles Austin. THEN I guess we’ll be good. C’mon man you cant just identify the elite players that MIGHT come available and demand that the Titans sign them “so we can get better.”

why stop there?
I know we have CJ but we should get Barry Sanders if we can. Jerry Rice too. I also hear the ghost of Reggie White is available.
Do you mind if we dance with your dates?
keep up the jokes Chris - Does Mike do you laundry too?
You got jokes. So does everybody else. I wonder how much GM Mike R is paying you to be on his side. Does anyone know why he is still our GM???? I speak of it as the only option because that is my opinion. Are we going to sign an elite player like Peppers? NO, he will be a Giant/ Eagle. As we speak the only players the Titans have signed so far “reportedly” are Eugene Amano & Tony Brown. I expect them to re-sign Scaife & Tulloch in the next few weeks. So now with P Hentrich retiring, our holes are as followed: DE, DE, ROLB, LOLB, CB #2, C, P. That is a total of 5 HOLES ON DEFENSE. I have seen who is all available in Free Agency & the draft & I assure you there is little talent available. I want elite players because we have alot of OLD Elite players leaving this year which means new talent & sucky year next. Our Offense can not wait another 3-5 years on our defense to catch back up to greatness. To me if we are not playing to win like we are playing to win the super bowl; then why play at all. If we only had to fill one or two slots; of course the draft would make it possible for us to have that success. But with 5 holes on D & no elite players added; we will get the same results next year 8-8. The Falcons had a great offense in the beginning last year, but they also had 5 holes on D. Yes they went 11-5, but look what happened to that great offense (Matt Ryan/ Turner) when the Defense couldn’t show up.
I was right last year with Vince Young as no one believed me he was good enough and then he only loses two games and goes to the Pro Bowl. As I will be right next year when the chargers kick our tail again because Mike Reinsfeldt needs to be FIRED!!! Chris, why can I not make those demands? I care about my team winning and I’m stating my own opinion before its too late. Since Chris would rather be a comedian than caring about making it to Dallas, Lets just trade CJ & Britt for TO. & then sign Marc Bulger. No, this game is about winning and getting the best team possible to WIN!
