Mort is reporting via Twitter that former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Matt Jones will sign with the Bengals and not the Titans.
Oh well. I think the Titans head into this offseason better at receiver than they ever have been. It would have been intriguing to have him in camp, but apparently that is not to be.
