Why Mike Vick suceeds
I´m reading espn page this morning and see this Michael Vick article...
"But in taking on the Eagles' starting quarterback role in 2010, Vick has also charged into MVP contention, passing for 2,513 yards and 17 touchdowns with only four interceptions.
His 104.3 passer rating is more than 20 points higher than his previous best as a starter, which came during his first full season in 2002."
And after read this, i found that words from Vick...
"I think it all starts with the system and I think it all starts with your coaches trusting you and believing in you and trusting you can get the job done," Vick said.
Well, just saying, if Vick after 2 years in prison, could develop like that, and could found a coach who realy trusts in his streghts and adjust a offense to fit his style of play, why THAT-GUY-NUMBER-10-30-17-AS-STARTER could not?
The answer: He will, but the choice if he will find here or in another franchise is in Titans hands. Thanks God because not in hands of some participants of this blog, but in Bud Adams hands, and he will make the right choice.

VY needs to go try to get his act together somewhere else
He has burned his bridges and worn out his welcome in Nashville.

yeah...
vick ain´t at atlanta anymore, and if matt ryan was a bust, you can imagine how the falcons fans feel right now? And i really think a half of falcons fans will opt for vick over ryan right now

who would take Vick (nearly 30)
over Matt Ryan (only, what, 25?) especially considering he might be the top QB in the NFC next year? Ryan has a 22/8 TD/INT ratio. he’s been just as good as Vick this year in that respect.

Exactly
Hmmm, QB A and QB B are about as good as one another… but QB A used to kill dogs and is older than QB B… I wonder which one I want on my team…

I don't even care about the dog thing anymore
that’s old news, as far as I’m concerned he’s off the hook. I take Ryan just because he’s younger and is only going to get better.

I can understand
It’s something I personally have trouble getting over, but hey, it doesn’t affect his on-field performance and I’m certainly not going to blame Philly fans for cheering on their QB when he’s playing this well. But yeah, regardless of all that, there’s no reason to regret having Ryan instead of Vick as a Falcons fan.

I take Ryan for the long run hands down
If you want to win and win big now, take Vick
Go Vols! Go Titans! Go My Fantasy Team!
I don't know...
Ryan has lost at home once. ONCE. I think if you want to win you can’t go wrong with either, but I still want Ryan.

Basically both are much better quarterbacks than anyone on our roster, including IR
So it really has nothing to do with our situation.

Ryan's home record is phenominal, you are right.
Vick has been dynamic this year though. It’s a real tossup. I might take Vick for the now still, but Ryan will be a solid QB all throughout his career.

This fanpost is BS...
everybody knows that Mike Vick succeeds because he was anointed and redeemed by Pope Dungy III.

Also
‘having a coaching staff who trusts him’ is probably factor #12,548,001 of why Vick is more successful now. More important factors are improvements in his own maturation, dropping old friends who were in the way and a massively improved work ethic in terms of dedication to preparation.
If Vince made those improvements, he wouldn’t have to worry about all this Oprah-style bullshit over whether or not a coach is being supportive enough.

VY has improved year after year...
And everybody can see that ON THE FIELD. He really make mistakes off the field, but nothing special, just a franchise QB treated like no other in the league. Even Joey Harrington in Detroit and David Carr in Houston have more support by coaches than VY here.
