As you all may know, we might not have Jeff Fisher as our head coach next season. So I have come up with a possible solution to this problem.
When it comes to the head coach, Ron Rivera is the answer, he has done a great job as San Diego's defensive coordinator,he leads the number one defense currently in the NFL, and he understands both base defenses. The 4-3 and the 3-4.
For Defensive coordinator, Mike Singletary is a possibility, I think his tenure in San Fransisco is over, he seems like one of those guys who doesn't have much success as a head coach, but can do great things as a coordinator (For Example: Wade Phillips). He and Rivera have worked together before, they were teammates in Chicago for some time, Including the Famous '85 season. Considering this, they both know how to run the 4-3(and 3-4 respectively), and they both know the key to a successful defense.
Dinger needs to stay offensive coordinator, to spite the past several weeks, Thursday night against the Colts was a step up for our offense. Kenny Britt was the answer to our problem, and it seems he is the key to our success. I also think Dinger could find a replacement for Vince Young, after all, Dinger was the mastermind behind the drafting of Chris Johnson.
In saying all this I really start to think about Fisher and all the great things he's done with this franchise. I hate to see him go, but it seems like where we're heading. But I can guarantee Fish will find a great job elsewhere.
