Its time to face the facts. The Titans situation has gotten far past ridiculous.

  To have lost all the games after the bye week is completely unacceptable. And to make matters worse 3 of those teams were inferior to us but yet we couldn't win. I mean there's no doubt that we have talent. CJ2K, Kenny Britt, Randy Moss Nate Washington, and on Defense Jason Jones, Stephen Tulloch, Michael Griffin ,ATV,and Jason McCourty. There has to be some reason we are not winning games. Some would say it's our defense's fault but when you're shutout in a game i think the offense has something to do with it. When your defense has to step back on the field almost back to back they are going to get tired and bound to give up big plays. Now the offense has two solutions in Jeff Fisher's mind. either perform the plays better or be better. Maybe it's time for a new head coach or seeing as how Dinger is going into surgery(good luck) maybe we can find a OC who would go against Fisher-ball every once in awhile and mix it up. What I think we need to do is bring Vince back at Head Coach. Seriously. Who better than a guy that just wins at the helm? I think that's a good idea. You? Or we can put But we for damn sure need a new DC. i say give him two more weeks. If he doesn't improve and Blitz at least a couple times more a game then Promote Jim Washburn to DC and see how he does. I really don't think he could be any worse.
