16. Tennessee Titans - Derrick Morgan, DE, Georgia Tech
There seems to be this undisputed belief around the internet that the Titans’ number one priority is the defensive end position. With Morgan the top defensive end on the board, this pick seems to be pretty straight forward. Morgan did struggle in his last collegiate game in which he went up against NFL quality tackles in Bryan Bulaga and Riley Reiff which may worry some scouts.

And because of this "undisputed belief,"
the Titans will probably draft a running back.
"And with the 15th pick, the Tennessee Titans select..."
What about a LB?
how are we looking at the LB slot? depending on wether or not Bulluck gets singed, it seems that we will need a young linebacker at some point

DE or WR
has been the Titans 1st rounder for the last 3 years in mock drafts. They will draft best available with the exception of a QB.

CB, LB, DE
those are what i think the needs are in that order. i think we can do alright with britt, gage and hawkins (if they ever give him any consistant playing time). of course LB would be less of an issue if they bring bulluck back.
