come on..

i voted for him because he’s working with a shitty quarterback ;)

Percy Harvin had a better year than Kenny Britt.

I think Kenny’s the better player. I mean he’s got only 100 less yards on 20 fewer receptions.

Percy, however, had 2000 all purpose yards and impacted the passing, running, and kick return game for the Vikings.

I am a pothead....

but your the one who’s high if you think britt is better than harvin. there’s no way we would have passed on harvin is he was still on the board and britt is consolation pick as far as i’m concerned….

I do think Britt is better, just not deserving of ROTY.

This logic though, is, well, stupid:

there’s no way we would have passed on harvin is he was still on the board and britt is consolation pick as far as i’m concerned….

Whether we would have drafted Harvin is unknown. But, the premise that since the FO would have drafted him, then it follows that he must be a better player doesn’t add up.

Ie: If Darren McFadden was available, this Front Office would have drafted him instead of Chris Johnson. Thus, he is a better football player.

Britt is a better receiver

Harvin is a better returner.

You can’t blame Britt for our overrated coach not giving him the chance to get his stats.

I was just about to say

That coaching is overrated, then I realized you called him our “overrated coach”.

I'm not saying that Harvin is a better player because he was higher on everyone's draft board

I’m saying that Harvin is a better player because he has a better skill set than Britt. Don’t get me wrong, I love Britt’s attitude and work ethic. I think we did very well drafting him and it appears that we might have a game breaker. But if you’re comparing the two, there isn’t any contest whatsoever except on a Titans or Rutgers blog site.

Obvious bias is, well, stupid. :-)

ps – i really am high lol

im biased

he was on my fantasy team. haha in all seriousness? i think he was better, he was incorporated into the game plan from week 1, over 2000 all purpose yards, had something to prove that he wasn’t just another reggie bush.
hey, ROY doesn’t mean he’ll have a better career.

I voted for Oher

Sorry for not being a homer and double sorry for voting for someone on the Ratbirds but I truly think Oher had a stellar year.

Britt had a great year and had he been a starter from day one probably would have over 1000 yards receiving.

Britt didn't even get to be a starter when after he proved he was the best receiver.

He can blame our overrated coach for not getting ROY.

C'mon it's not even close

I love Britt and he’s going to be great but he had 10 games with 2 or less catches. Harvin led rookies in receptions, receiving yards and total TDs. He was also more statistically consistent throughout the year. Missed one game cause of his migraines (must not be smoking NFL quality weed) no biggie.

I voted for Britt because I'm a homer

but Harvin definitely had the better year. I do think that Britt will have the better career, but Harvin had a better season this year

I used to be a Longhorn fan turned Titan when Vince Young went Pro.
I'm now a Titans fan with Longhorn tendencies. GO TITANS!!!

I'm just waiting

for someone to bring up a random stat like “Britt was 4th in the NFL receiving on 3rd and long when it was 60 degrees or warmer on dates that end with an even number. He’s clearly the OROY.”
