"Memory disorders affect many people who never played football or other sports," [NFL spokesman, Greg] Aiello said. "We are trying to understand it as it relates to our retired players."
So an NFL commissioned study links head trauma former platers endured with memory-related diseases (like dementia) at a rate that's 19 time higher than non-NFL players, yet the league apparatus remains unimpressed. When are these guys going to nut-up and start trying to help players survive their experience in the NFL? Are they afraid of a lawsuit if they admit the link?
