New York Jets 24 Tennessee Titans 17: The Plays
These numbers actually look pretty good, of course turnovers don't show up anywhere.
Here is how the teams broke down by play call and down:
1st Down
- Rush- 15 plays 3.56 yards per play
- Pass- 11 plays 2.92 yards per play
- Rush- 8 plays 6.75 yards per play
- Pass- 16 plays 4.4 yards per play
- Rush- 2 plays 1.5 yards per play
- Pass- 12 plays 4.92 yards per play
The Titans attempted two fourth down passes that were both incomplete (imagine that).
- Rush- 17 plays 2.06 yards per play
- Pass- 19 plays 13.11 yards per play
- Rush- 6 plays 2.33 yards per play
- Pass- 14 plays 1.57 yards per play
- Rush- 3 plays 4.67 yards per play
- Pass- 13 plays 2.46 yards per play

Run it at em and make them stop our ground attack
If they stop that, then by all means let Kerry air it out. Hopefully he will be firing darts and take this game into his hands and win it.

Kerry Collins is my evil twin.
I had a dyslexic moment when I read "firing darts"
I hope he doesn’t come out “dialing farts” instead….
run, pass, whatever
i just want us to get the win. :-(

???
What has happened to our ground game mentality? We get up on an opponet and we continue to throw or repeatedily getting Johnson stuffed play after play? Where is big #25 chewing up the clock?

Wow. The 46 yarder to Cotchery makes that a bigger number than it should be, but that jumps out.
