MCM Play of the Week (Week 3)

I might have to change this to Worst Plays of the Week soon.

D. And finally we have the ~~game-winning~~ 91-yard TD run by Chris Johnson on another draw play on a long 3rd down. F*** you Nick Harper and Michael Griffin. WTF? Why would you ruin something like this.

This week's videos after the jump.

A. The first video is Tony Brown's forced fumble. Brown forced his way through to Mark Sanchez and swatted the ball out of his hands. Jevon Kearse recovered the fumble. Man do we need to see more of this from our DL. This provided a much needed spark for the team, being down by 14.

B. Second, we have Lendale White's 5-yard TD run. Lendale Light looked pretty nimble on his way to the endzone. This put us back in the game.

C. Next is Kerry Collins 9-yard TD pass to Nate Washington. Washington made a nice move on Dwight Lowery and tapped his toes down. After this TD, I really thought that we had all the momentum and were on our way to our first win.... (que Ryan Mouton)

D. The last video is Chris Hope's interception. He got the easy pick from the tipped pass and took it back 24 yards to give the Titans another chance to come back... (que Kerry Collins). My only problem with this play is that if Hope runs to the right instead of the left, the game gets tied up. He had 6 or 7 blockers in a straight line on that side.

Side note: I friggin' loved the white-on-white uniforms, even if they were stained with the Oiler's logo.

LenDale White's run was MONEY.

He has looked great all season, and it’s a crime that he’s not getting more carries. He’s gonna sign somewhere next year, and people are gonna be like, “When did LenDale White become a Top 10 Running Back?”

White is good, the lost weight has served him well.

I cannot vote until the Titans win a game. I was so upset that they did not pull that one off. It is like reliving the playoff game every week. I know how the Lions fans felt like last year. There are worse things than my favorite team not winning, like watching Brett Favre complete a pass like that yesterday made me sick. I like the Vikings but Brett Favre is not on my good guy list.

I tried to choose not to watch the game.

But sadly, the Giant game was a blow-out. Still, at least I had my mind pre-set for “self destructive tendancies kill the Titans season.”

LET HIM PLAY!

You know I like Johnson…..but CMON!

Let white do hi job and give him a chance to pound it out and wear down the defense so speedy gonzalez can zip down the side line. The play calling is less than impressive lately. Plus I tired of all this locker room talk that “we just have to keep do what we are doin”

yes lets keep on doing what we are doing…..because it is most certainly leading to wins

and it’s an illusion obviously each time we look at their record of 0-3
