Steve McNair Remembered Tonight at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Nashville
The memorial service for former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair is going on at Mount Zion Baptist Church right now. You can watch the funeral on WSMV locally and on ESPN nationally. Derrick Mason will be speaking on behalf of his former teammates.
I will be watching the service and adding some thoughts as it goes the service goes along. If you are around right now, leave your favorite Steve McNair memory in the comments so we can remember him together.

Not a single moment..but one that happened at least once a game..
a linebacker getting slung to the ground or flailing off of Mac’s shoulder pads as he released the ball……timeless
We will miss you Steve....Go Titans!

I will never forget the Steeler game
when he came back from back surgery. When O’Donnell went down, Mike Keith said, “Steve McNair is scurrying around the sideline looking for his helmet.” That tumble he did into the end zone was unbelieveable.

I just got back from the memprial.
It was very good. I’m glad they focused on all of the positive things he did around the communities of Nashville and Mississippi. You will be missed Mac9! Rest in Peace.
