How this just gets announced the day before I have no idea, but this will be a very cool opportunity for NFL fans to meet the man who may be 50% responsible for a lock-out in two years.

This is an effort to drum-up some support for the payers if when the CBA negotiations get nasty, but there are a ton of other issues on the table as well.

The event will be at the O’Charley’s at 1108 Murfreesboro Road, on Thursday at 5 p.m. I'm going to do my best to make it, but if any of the MCM faithful make it be sure to take some notes and pics!

So is this a dog and pony show the union is doing in several cities, or just here because of Mawae’s presence? Not clear from the article. If the latter, I’d think we’d have some national media coverage on hand too. Could be some interesting q and a.

That O'Charley's isn't in the best location -

I bet they picked that one becuase it is close to the airport. The one in Brentwood is where Coach Fisher usually does his show.
