More towel talk from LenDale White

When asked about Cortland's comments on the towel stomping:

"That's football to me. I have fun with the game and like I said, if Troy and Willie Parker and Big Ben... if me stepping on that towel made them want to win a championship even hard then I feel bad for their coaches anyways. If me and Keith Bullock... if me stepping on your towel made them win a super bowl they god they better hope we step on it again this year right? We go out there and play, we love this game. you brought your towel into our stadium, that's our house and we defend it how we defend it. Cortland defends it how he does. He get his personal fouls and his fines and that's what he does."

Well, Cortland basically threw him and Bulluck and Kearse under the bus

So LenDale is defending himself. I’m OK with that. Especially since Cortland sometimes has a tendency to hurt the team when he loses his temper on the field.

No harm, no foul. Hopefully.

that's my whole point

i don’t want teammates ever talking about each other in the media, unless its generic “he played great” stuff post game. this is how kobe/shaq bs gets started: taking locker room discussions to the press.

I love the entertainment in the pros thats why i am a diehard.

    Im there to laugh and scream and shout at every game. Thats why im a Titan fan, because we have always been fun to watch even when losing we where scrappy.
   I love the bongos,I loved the towel stomping, I loved when we went 9-0 and the freak put a peice of tape between his numbers.
     It shows there heart is with the fans, and they are pumped for the game. Keep doing it all I say.

I didn't take it as a swipe at Cort

though it was inarticulate, I thought LenDale was just trying to say that’s how Cort tries to bring that edge to his game, where as other guys do it in other ways…
