Kind of what August said. The Titans have offered a second round pick and a player (not named) for Boldin. The Cardinals have given permission to the Titans to talk with Drew Rosenhaus. This would be unbelievable friends. We need to do this. I hope it is White too. Come on Mikey.....MAKE IT HAPPEN! I have a little room to fill, does anyone think there is any chance the Titans will be able to get Pettigrew from OkSt.?

Permission...

Permission to talk with Drew Rosenhaus, I think I can safely say, is an indication that a trade has liekly been agreed upon in principle. Now the Titans (and Cards, for that matter) have to see about the actual dollar affordibility of Boldin.

It is customary, and typical, of trades like these to be accompanied by a new contract. I suspect the terms of that potential contract are right now being theorized by Drew and Mike.

I am cautiously optimistic, to a point I had not yet been.
