Jeremy Maclin, WR, Missouri
A versatile player that's an exceptional WR and can also be a P/K returner. With 2,833 yards in 2008, the Raiders need a real impact player and a "go-to" guy like Maclin. With excellent hands and speed, Maclin could easily become their #1 receiver. Also, he had an arm span of 32 1/4 inches and a hand span of 9 1/4 inches at the combine. I could have gone DL here, but I believe they could use a WR more and with Crabtree and Raji already off the board Maclin is the best fit.
