Sources have confirmed the Titans have signed Green Bay Packers restricted free agent cornerback Jarrett Bush to an offer sheet. Upon receipt of the signed offer sheet, the Packers will have seven days to either match the contract or decline to match, thereby making the contract with the Titans valid. Should Green Bay decline to match the offer, the Titans will not have to provide a draft pick as compensation because Bush was tendered at a level that only guaranteed the Packers a ''right of first refusal.''From Titans Radio.
