Patrick Ramsey visiting Titans

The Tennessean is reporting that Patrick Ramsey is visiting the Titans to possibly compete with VY for the #2 Qb spot.

I think this means either one or two things:
a) VY hasn't looked good in practice at all and is likely about to spend his last year on the Titan's roster.
b) Fisher thinks that the competition will drive VY to work harder during the offseason.
What do you guys think?

why are the titans seriously considering this "bush" no name?
When justin miller is ten times better.
Miller scored 5 TD on kick returns for the raiders. Wtf has bush done? WE NEED GREAT special teams production, not mediocre. I’ll be furious if we chose bush over miller.
Assuming we lose chris carr. Anyone?

I agree, Miller is a much better option for us if we lose Carr
but we could do with signing both for depth

it’s probably “b”. He has always believed in strong competition for roster spots, especially when work ethic is suspect.
