titan fans get ready for a long stretch we have many needs

any one agree on our needs

qb- we need a yound qb in the draft or id love to sign tyler thigpen from miami (2816 16 td 12 ints 300+ rushing yds in 2008 on a 2-14 team.

Rb- lendale is gone obviously. we need some one else to get carries so we dont run cj into the ground like eddie, and earl campbell, not sure about ringer yet.

wr- britt is good, nate wash should be gone but he wont do to his 27 mill contract. gage is up and down. still need antoher dynamic player here.

te- crumpler is gone, prolly scaife too, we havent seen enough of cook, we need a td scorer a potentioal 7-10 td guy from somewhere.

OL- please god get rid of amano. o wait hes a f/a goodbye!!(i hope)better resign mawae great team guy, and still a heck of a center.

Dl- dont know where to begin.we fucked up on haynesworth, now spend some fucking money. EVERYWHERE. we we to bring back kvb, lack of sacks yes but constinent pressure every down. we need a younger speed rusher from the other side. bring back tony brown, and get some one to fill fag boy jason jones spot, he is nothin but a 3rd down guy (health wise)

Lb- gotta bring back tulloch, man what a player, keith its unfortunate cause hes our best player obvuiously, but gettin hurt.....hurt him. i like mcgrath, id like to get rid of thornton.

cb- if nick harper is back i will A-KILL MYSELF B-JUMP OUT A F'IN WINDOW C-NOT BE A TITANS FAN well im sure i will but ill be crushed. finnegan regressed a little this yr kinda up and down. id like a FA here so we have a player right out of the gates.

s- hope is active but gotta be honest i think its time to go he aged alot this yr. as for mike griffin he regressed as much as any plyer ive see for this team in 30 yrs. he will be bcak but one more yr like this and cyaaaa!

p- i like kern LOCK HIM UP

ST- they have been a joke all yr, no covergae, no blocking, no returns, kinda embarassing.

get rida cecil, dinger, and i love him but i feel jeff is gone after this yr

one of the more memorbale yrs after 0-6 start but gettin beat at home to a west coast, warm weather team in our home stadium on christmas. we should have lost the game  SD is better in every fasset of the game cept for rushing, but cant lose like that, not even a fucking fight. i just wanna see my oiler/titans win a SB

I agree with a lot of that...

I don’t think we’re as bad off as all that necessary. I wouldn’t mind seeing another young QB and RB….WR….Okay, could always improve…we’re ok at TE and OL too. DL we’re fairly good. I think Jason Jones is very good and I actually think, if healthy, he was out best guy next to T. Brown, but yes, I’ll like to see another monster in there- Marks just isn’t what anybody thought. And What about Ball and Ford- they are very nice, we just need much more pressure in the middle- but are whole line isn’t shot. And on LB- I like tulloch- if we can only resign Bulluck- Thorton is very good when healthy and we have Mcgrath- he isn’t bad- but yeah, we need someone else. CB is a must need, but with Hood, McCounty and Mouton I doubt we’ll draft another CB- but Please lets loose Harper for Hood. And lets please fix special teams however you can- either fire Lowery or find a good returner or something. And as far as Coaches- I think we should still keep Fish/Dinger….but something has to be done about Cecil. We’re like the Steelers- just a few pieces of the puzzle from being first to worst- but think about this… what about going in the other direction next year

Too Early to write off Marks. Haynesworth wasn't that good as a rookie either.

Also, I think McGrath can start. We just need to resign Bulluck. Thornton can go.

agreed...

If Marks breaks out next year…a rotation with Jones, brown , and vick I like alot…..add a scary DE from the first round and watch out.

I think Jones will be Pro Bowl caliber honestly….

Defense...keep

bulluck, Tully, Mcgrath as LBs,
Draft another freak 1st round DE (Rotation of : New stud, Hayes, then Ford , KVB or ball…in that order)
Develop Marks…have Jones, Brown, Marks, Vick) Trade Haye with Lendale on draft day and move up in the draft. (if we can get Suh then take him)
Keep hood / develop Mouton -McCourty
Fix Grif…..please
..

My thoughts..........

At QB, we need a veteran backup. If we use VY like he should be used, he is prone to getting dinged up. It would never happen, but I would love to see Vick as our backup. Nevertheless, I do think we need a backup QB that is at least somewhat mobile. As for RB, I would like the team to sign a solid veteran. Ringer is signed but unreliable. It would be beneficial to sign a vet for a year or two like the Patriots routinely do. Maybe Edge James at a bargain price? He’s a dependable, solid locker room presence and understands the game. I think he can still be used effectively in situational opportunities. At WR, Britt, if utilized, will be a good one. Gage, as you mentioned, is all over the place. Washington is about as useful as a 12 year old rubber. Again, I think infusing the youth with solid veterans will help. Torry Holt did a good job of complimenting and assisting Sims-Walker in Jax. We need something similar to that……a 50+ receptions for 600+ yards. At TE, Cook could be a beast. He is not utilized properly. Crumpler should audition for “Biggest Loser.” Scaife shouldn’t of been tagged this past year. They should’ve spent that money on retaining Carr for veteran depth at cb and a dependable return guy. TE is tricky, but you can’t go wrong with a vet as you mold the youth. Our OL is young and tough, but you can never have too much depth. I would resign Mawae and let good Ol’ Leroy play guard in place of the soon-to-be departed Amano. At LB, we are in trouble. Bullluck is a must sign. He is too valuable on-and-off the field. Beyond a doubt, he is the top priority. Thornton has aged and the injury bug is lodged into his skin somewhere. He was solid, but we need to move on. McGrath is a young, aggressive player that could fill that void. Tulloch played well and appears to have a bright future. He needs to resigned too. I bet Schwartz and the Lions will be all over him. The DL is a major concern too. Ford is solid, but he is a situational pass rusher. Hayes is up and down, but I hope he can come around and play consistent. Kearse shouldn’t of been benched and got a raw deal. KVB, in my opinion, needs to go or take a serious pay cut. At times, he plays with too much wreckless abandon and pushes too far upfield in obvious running situations. Plus, without a dominating player beside him, he becomes mediocre at best. Honestly, I think (although undersized) he might could be a decent pressure applying DT. A good, young DE would be a great addition. Ball is replaceable by virtually anyone in the stands on gameday. Jovan Haye was a stupid signing and was non-existent. I think Alex Brown (chicago bears) is up this year. He plays hard, consistent and aggressive off the end. Could he be a good fit? Jason Jones is solid, but he has spent too much time off the field nursing injuries. If healthy, he can be productive. I love Vickerson. He is a inexpensive and aggressive interior lineman. I like his style of “in your face” play. The team needs more players with type of attitude. Tony Brown is a good locker room guy and player. He may not get paid like he wants, so I think he’ll leave. Tennessee thinks they can replace anyone……..i.e…….big Albert. Personally, I think we need someone larger to play DT. Plug a big, fat and hard-to-move veteran DT in there to help out our linebackers. At Safety, Hope is still good, but he has regressed some. Griffin, a personal favorite of mine, has regressed as well. Hopefully, they can work out the problems and get back to pro bowl form. I think the change in coordinators and inability to consistently stop the run hurt their play more than anything. Maybe next year we look more into the safety position. At CB, Finnegan is a stud. “Pick-on-Nick” Harper is battered and defeated. Hood looked promising and is still relatively young, so I would lock him down for two or three years. Again, a solid veteran that understands his role and doesn’t make mistakes would be a good addition. I just don’t like depending solely on the young guys in dire situations. With our style of play, we can’t afford to give up big play after big play and fall behind by more than two tds. Well, I’m finished rambling………enjoyed your post.

Maybe I should rec this

just because you wrote so much.
