I think Rich Eisen is messing with me.
I'm posted up at my parents' house for Christmas. This is especially fortunate because my dad's the only person I know who gets the NFL Network. I was watching some show or other and Rich Eisen was on there claiming that if the Titans win tomorrow, and something like the Jets, Ravens, Jaguars and one other team (which WASN'T the Broncos) lost, we would have a win and in situation at Seattle next week.
I didn't catch what the other team was. I assume it must have been a result of the HOU/MIA game, but could this possibly be true? Is there some weird tie-breaker scenario that makes a win and in situation possible next week? Clearly we can't get in over a 9-7 Ravens by ourselves.

I don't think so
I believe that the other team Rich mention was the Steelers who are like us 7-7. They play the Ravens this week which means if the ravens win we’re out but if Pittsburg wins that means we need both of them to lose in week 17. We also need the Jaguars and the Jets to lose their Final 2 games as well if we want to make the playoffs. (all of this is assuming that we win out)
AGRIFF
He said "if the Jets, Fins, Jags and Ravens lose"
and we beat Bolts, then the Seattle game is win and we’re in.
I don't get any of it
That is what he said.. I saw a repeat. But he’s gotta be wrong. I want to believe, but theRavens or Broncos have to lose two or we have no shot. Right?
Not as crazy as it sounds.
Jets play Pats.
Fins play Texans.
Jags play Colts.
Ravens play Steelers.
It could happen. Talk about a 4 game parlay. I wonder what $1 would pay on converting that play?
