ESPN's Paul Kuharsky reports via Twitter that the Titans have signed veteran free agent linebacker Jamie Winborn to a two year deal. Winborn worked out for the Titans earlier this year when the Titans signed Eric Bakhtiari instead. He played college football at Vanderbilt, and has played on the 49ers, Jaguars, Buccaneers, Broncos, Falcons, and Texans in his nine year NFL career. He had 11 starts in 16 games last year for the Broncos, getting half a sack and 99 tackles (one more than Keith Bulluck).

nice pick up

the guy is a beast. not super fast, but a sure tackler.
i’m a big believer in vandy guys since they play the best competition (sec) on the worst team. the lone exception being cutler, who crapped the bed yet again yesterday. thanks for that…

That gives him something to shoot for next season.

I hope we don’t need him next season and Bulluck and Thornton are back in their respective positions.
