Vince goes down in practice, dramatically, yet again
So just to set the record straight, I am not a man, I am a woman! I am also not a VY Hater, I just want a stable QB, physically and emotionally that is capable of making me not want to quit on him, like VY has quit on his team and his fans, in the past.
To the point! It was not cramps as many of you claimed. We all know by now, it was a knee contusion. For those unaware of what a contusion is, it is a bruise! Did Vince forget that he was playing a contact sport at the professional level. I sure hope that in NFL 101 he learned he may get a "contusion," bruise or two and be expected not to cry about it. Vince did not even make it through practice today. I even heard he threw himself down in a similarly dramatic fashion as in Sunday's game.
Someone schedule the boy for an MRI and determine whether he has a real injury or we are just looking at another case of loseritis.
Otherwise, man up and play the game!
Cheers to a QB Draft Pick that we can rely on for a while, past the rookie season.
BTW- Thanks Kerry for filling in when Vince goes down, I appreciate it.

btw a contusion is a bruise
which is the visible symptom of an underlying problem. you realize with any major ligament or muscle injury there is a contusion involved. but youre a jabroni so why would i expect you to be educated
I stopped reading
when I read, “I even heard…”. Take this rubbish elsewhere. Vince is 5-1 this season and 23-12 in his career. Kerry Collins is 0-6 this season and 79-91 in his career. Is Vince a wuss? I DON’T CARE!! HE WINS GAMES!! All you’re here for is to bash Vince, as can be seen by your comment history. http://www.sbnation.com/users/mbrodbine
You obviously have no intention of making any useful contribution or having an enjoyable time reading the quality material posted by individuals not named mbrodbine or JoyKat. Therefore, I propose that you leave this site and return to watching Lifetime. Thank you.
P.S. that was not a stab at women. It was directed toward mbrodbine and only mbrodbine. I am sure that much of the quality material posted to this site comes from women. Everyone who wishes to contribute usefully on this site has a place. Your place, mbrodbine, is on the couch.
see?

The reason why people feel safe in criticizing football players for their reaction to pain and injuries
Is because they have never played football.
A knee bruise hurts like a BITCH. I once got a bruise on my kneecap when I played football, it felt like hiroshima on my kneecap. And yeah, when it happened I crumpled to the ground because my first thought was, “Oh crap, I just tore a ligament or something!!” Am I comparing my toughness to Vince? No. My only point is that bruises can hurt like fire for a good 5 minutes, and when it’s on your knee, you have no idea if it’s something way worse. The safe play is to fall to the ground and let the trainers figure it out and tell you if it’s safe to walk or not.
How does this sound? I will take an object made from the same material as a football helmet, then I will slam it into your knee as hard as I can. Sounds extreme? I bet if you did the math, getting hit by a football player helmet first in the knee is probably more powerful of a hit than me swinging a hard plastic bat.

And Never, EVER talk smack about a player with a toe injury...
if some of the more common ones hurt half as much as an ingrown toenail, I wouldn’t be playing either (Assuming I did in the first place).
Anything with very little between skin and bone is going to hurt bad when it’s injured… and anything that supports your weight is going to hurt bad. Simple physics.
This has to just be someone trolling.
I find it hard to believe that someone can actually be this stupid.
